Education for Change (Edukimi për Ndryshim) is a non-profit, independent organization based in Tirana, Albania, dedicated to transforming education and empowering communities for a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable future. Established in 2024, Education for Change was founded on the belief that education is the most powerful tool to drive positive change in individuals, families, and societies. Our work brings together educators, youth, civil society actors, and institutions to design and implement innovative solutions that foster learning, equality, and resilience.

Education For Change is committed to improving lives by promoting positive educational, social, economic, environmental, and cultural change. We work to ensure that every child, youth, and adult regardless of background can access quality education and opportunities to grow, participate, and contribute to their communities. Although Education For Change is a young organization, our team brings over 18 years of collective experience in the education, social, and development sectors. Our experts have led successful initiatives in project management, policy advocacy, resilience building, and inclusive education — partnering with government bodies, NGOs, and international agencies to deliver measurable results.
